Julia Rexon is a Creative Producer and Executive Producer working with big brands, boutique agencies, and global creative teams.

Julia has spent the last 10+ years navigating the corporate creative industry in New York and Los Angeles. After earning a Master’s Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute she worked her way up through start-ups, agencies, and production companies. She manages design operations and leads creative teams through collaboration, transparency and respect.

Her work has been recognized at the VMAs, The Cannes Lions, and The Davey Awards. You can see her content streaming, scrolling, printed, or plastered on billboards. She most enjoys working on integrated campaigns, brand launches, and the occasional scrappy indie production.

In 2023 Julia launched Idealis Creative, a digital production studio focusing on 2D and 3D creative content and visualization. Idealis provides the opportunity to take on diverse projects and collaborate with her friend and creative partner Steven Phillips.
